The Supreme Court to Determine Whether Police Can Track You with Your Cell Phone?

Perhaps every “legal expert” involved in this case you go back and read that trivial document, the Constitution. The Fourth Amendment reads “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized,” emphasis mine. The Founding Fathers in their wisdom included “effects,” to cover ALL OTHER things to be protected. I’m no legal genius but even my simple mind understands what the Fourth Amendment means.
